    Polymer polyol CHP-H45C is prepared by radical graft polymerization of high-activity flexible foam polyether polyol as basic polyether, acrylonitrile, styrene monomer and initiator at specific temperature and under nitrogen protection. At present, it is an important variety of polyols for molding and block flexible and semi-rigid polyurethane foams. The product is a BHT-free and amine-free polymer polyol with high activity, low residual monomer, low viscosity and high solid content, and the solid content is up to 43%-45%; and the product is used for preparing high-bearing or high-modulus flexible and semi-rigid polyurethane foam plastic products.

The product is polymer polyol with no BHT, low residual monomer, low viscosity and high solid content, in addition, the solid content reaches 48% -52%, the initial oxidation temperature of the foam is improved, the yellowing resistance and the reddening resistance are excellent, the compatibility with water is good, the prepared foaming material has good fluidity, the density gradient of the prepared foam is low, the foam holes are uniform and fine, and the product is widely applied to automobile flame composite foam and high-end underwear foam.
