Polymer polyol CHP-2150 is prepared by radical graft polymerization of general polyether polyol as basic polyether, acrylonitrile, styrene monomer and initiator at specific temperature and under nitrogen protection. The product is polymer polyol with no BHT, low residual monomer, low viscosity and high solid content, in addition, the solid content reaches 48% -52%, the initial oxidation temperature of the foam is improved, the yellowing resistance and the reddening resistance are excellent, the compatibility with water is good, the prepared foaming material has good fluidity, the density gradient of the prepared foam is low, the foam holes are uniform and fine, and the product is widely applied to automobile flame composite foam and high-end underwear foam.

Polymer polyol CHP-2045 is prepared by radical graft polymerization of general polyether polyol as basic polyether, acrylonitrile, styrene monomer and initiator at specific temperature and under nitrogen protection. The product is a polymer polyol with no BHT, low residual monomer, low viscosity and high solid content, the solid content reaches 44.5% -48.5%, the product has good miscibility with water, the prepared foaming material has good fluidity, the density gradient of the prepared foam is low, the foam holes are uniform and fine, and the product is mainly applied to high-hardness blocky soft foam and flame composite foam.
